Return & Refund Policy

At Variegated Greens, every plant is a living, individual specimen. Each plant is carefully photographed, described, cultivated, and prepared for its new home with attention to its condition at the time of sale.

All Plant Sales Are Final

Due to the living and perishable nature of plants, all plant sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the photographs, description, size, condition, and other information provided for each plant before completing their purchase.

Shipping

Live plants naturally respond to transportation and changes in environment. Temporary signs of shipping stress—including minor leaf damage, cosmetic imperfections, leaf loss, yellowing, or changes in appearance—may occur during transit or acclimation and do not necessarily indicate that a plant is unhealthy.

Variegated Greens takes considerable care in preparing and packaging plants for shipment. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, transit times, delays, weather conditions, temperature exposure, handling, and other circumstances during transportation may be outside our control.

Problems With an Order

Although plant sales are final, if you believe that you received the wrong plant or that there is a significant problem with your order, please contact Variegated Greens as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the plant and packaging as received so that the circumstances can be reviewed.

Any resolution offered will be determined based on the individual circumstances and does not constitute a general return or exchange policy.

Local Pickup

Customers choosing local pickup are encouraged to inspect their plant when receiving it. Once the plant has been accepted and leaves our care, the sale is considered final.

Our Commitment

We want every Variegated Greens customer to understand exactly what they are purchasing. Our goal is to represent each plant thoughtfully and accurately and to prepare it with the same care with which it was cultivated.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
